Ring Holder, HorizontalWhen we were first married we had my grandparents to dinner and my grandfather saw Anna Marie take her rings off and set them by the sink. He remarked that she should have something to hold them. The next day he gave her a ring holder very much like this one that he had whittled out of several pieces of sumac (see bottom of page). So here is my interpretation of his design. (Anna Marie still uses the one my grandfather made her every day -- except when I do the dishes -- well, ok , she uses it almost every day)
